Freightliner FLD mod fix to work with ATS patch 1.38

Until the author of the original modification has adapted his work for the version of the game 1.38, I suggest you use my fix. At the moment, the truck has returned sounds. However, the windows still has no animation. I am studying this question, since I have not yet dealt with animation.
