International Drivetrain revision

This mod adds Cummins X15 engines for stock International LoneStar truck. Each engine is paired corresponding gearboxes.

Engines:

• Cummins X15 Performance
• Cummins X15 Efficiency
• International A26

This mod also adds Eaton Fuller Advantage Automated, Endurant, FR, RT and UltraShift ranges.

Make sure the mod loads after International truck mods!
