To celebrate their 100-year anniversary, they have released a special edition of their legendary W900. SCS are excited to announce that as they work on introducing the special anniversary edition of Kenworth’s W900 truck in American Truck Simulator, they have also taken the opportunity to give one of their first licensed vehicles a remodel. They would like to extend their gratitude to PACCAR and Kenworth for their unwavering support and partnership since ATS launched in 2016, and they look forward to continuing their collaboration in the future. The remodel of the Kenworth W900 includes new options, parts, accessories, and other upgrades to meet their current quality standards, which they teased during their Christmas live stream.
The latest update to the truck simulator game includes various upgrades to cabins, sleepers, and chassis options. The 86″ studio sleeper is now the largest available option, and all sleeper options include detachable roof and side deflectors. The game now features three chassis sizes with five versions each, and every model reflects if the axle is liftable or drivable. Additionally, fuel tanks now come in different sizes and include DEF tanks. The update also adds several new accessories such as doorsteps, door handles, handrails, and hood logos.
The update includes a complete remodel of the cabin and interior, offering three cabin trim options and a new interior design. The front seats can be trimmed in a different material from the rest of the cabin and dashboard trims are available in wood or black plastic.
