Mexuscan Map v0.5

– This map is compatible MHAPro but it requires also MHAPro-C2C_Patch.scs file
– Add a number of new cities to the default map
– Map is still in development
New in this version:
– Added Kamloops and Prince George cities
– Reworked Vancouver city
– Fixed other bugs
