Modified Peterbilt 379/389 V2.3

Hi, this is the ATS version of my Peterbilt 389 Modified mod, for American Truck Simulator.

Changelog for version 2.3:

updated truck to ATS/ETS2 1.39
updated engine sounds to newest kriechbaum sounds
updated truck info screen to use SCS 389 files
added raised fifth wheel for lower chassis
added support for Cabin Accessories DLC
fixed bugs
