Non-Flared Vehicle Lights v2

– Added support for 1.33 update.
– All light reflection effects revised and made more realistic.
– NEW: This mod now also removes flares of traffic lights!

This mod removes all flares of the lights from vehicles.(excluding beacon flares)
This mod can simply be called as No Flare Mod.
