I have made a mod to reduce the fines to a more realistic penalty fees. I thought the fines were a bit too high so i reduced them.

For a 4Wheeler fines start usually with $100 in real life and for Trucks with $400 and up, so higher fines would be more realistic in a simulator game that simulates real Truck driving in America ;-) Just a note ;-)
