Adaptation of the weatherman Sgate Weather 1.0 for ATS (1.31.x)

Other weather and environment modes should be turned off!
You need to put a higher priority in the mod manager than fashion cards

Recommendations:
HDR – off.
Color correction – off.

Test on Mario cards, default, MHAPro, Mexico
