Peterbilt 387 truck mod for ATS.

Version 1.3 mod change log:

Removed outdated “Wear” attributes
Added support for items from Steam inventory (for the appearance of items requires their presence);
Added registration of sounds for the “Convoy” mode (not checked, but it should work, since it is done with standard registration);
Adaptation of sounds for version 1.43;
Cummins Celect Roadrelay information displays have been added to tuning (only as an accessory, without functionality) and Cat Engine Messenger (with the functionality of the onboard computer);
Other minor edits.
